My 1st Exhibit

My 1st Exhibit
It was a great evening and I met a lot of really fun people and saw some very impressive pieces of artwork. I can't wait until the next one.

Time to create

The turning point in my art

The turning point in my art
Before I worked on this piece my view on painting and visual arts was limited mostly because I had stopped at post-impressionism and fauvism. I did that because those movements were the two that I could identify my style with the most but when I left California I met a new group of people with a new set of ideas that greatly inspired me to tap further into my creativity. The result of these people was The Dance.

Artistic Influences

I am a fan of many styles and techniques but of late the New York crew of the eighties has been holding my eye. Guys like Keith Harring, Julian Schnabel, and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
